Our Services

What We Self-Perform.

Eight related trades under one contract, sequenced by one team. Fewer handoffs on your schedule and one number to call when something changes.

Spray-Applied Fireproofing

Spray-applied fire-resistive material protects structural steel from losing strength in a fire, buying occupants time to evacuate and firefighters time to work. We apply cementitious and gypsum-based SFRM to columns, beams, joists and metal deck.

  • Applied to the thickness the assembly's fire rating requires
  • Columns, beams, floor and roof deck assemblies
  • Patching and repair of existing fireproofing after other trades
  • Coordination with steel erection and MEP rough-in schedules

Spray Foam Insulation

Spray polyurethane foam insulates and air-seals in a single application, which is why it outperforms batt insulation in buildings with complex geometry. We install open-cell and closed-cell systems in commercial, industrial and institutional buildings.

  • Open-cell and closed-cell polyurethane systems
  • Roof decks, exterior walls, rim joists and hard-to-reach cavities
  • Insulation and air barrier in one continuous application
  • Ventilation and re-entry procedures per manufacturer requirements

Fluid-Applied Air Barrier

A building's air barrier only works if it is continuous. Fluid-applied membranes form a seamless plane across the wall assembly and, critically, across the transitions and penetrations where sheet products tend to fail.

  • Vapor-permeable and vapor-impermeable membranes
  • Detailing at windows, penetrations and material transitions
  • Compatible flashing and transition assemblies
  • Substrate preparation and adhesion verification before coverage

Waterproofing & Dampproofing

Water intrusion is one of the most expensive problems a building can develop, and the cheapest time to prevent it is before backfill. We install below-grade waterproofing and dampproofing systems on foundation walls and structural slabs.

  • Below-grade foundation walls and structural slabs
  • Hot-applied and cold-applied membrane systems
  • Drainage board and protection course installation
  • Coordination with excavation and backfill sequencing

Intumescent Coatings

Where structural steel is meant to be seen, intumescent coatings deliver a fire rating without hiding the steel. The thin film expands into an insulating char when heated, protecting the member underneath.

  • Architecturally exposed structural steel
  • Thin-film systems applied to the required dry film thickness
  • Interior and exterior applications
  • Finish coats in the specified color

Fire-Resistant Joint Systems

A fire-rated wall is only as good as its joints. Head-of-wall, floor-to-floor and expansion joint systems maintain the rating while still allowing the structure to move, deflect and settle the way it was designed to.

  • Head-of-wall and floor-to-floor joint systems
  • Expansion and seismic joint assemblies
  • Systems selected for the movement the joint actually sees
  • Documentation for inspection and closeout

Inspections & Consulting

Sometimes what you need is an answer, not an applicator. We evaluate existing fireproofing and air barrier installations, identify what is out of compliance, and lay out what it takes to fix it.

  • Condition assessment of existing installations
  • Review of thickness, coverage and continuity
  • Repair scope and sequencing recommendations
  • Support during third-party inspection and closeout

Spray Soundproofing Products

Spray-applied acoustical insulation absorbs sound in spaces where a hard structural ceiling would otherwise reflect it. It goes on as a monolithic finish, which makes it well suited to exposed decks and open structures.

  • K-13 spray-applied acoustical insulation
  • Exposed roof decks, ceilings and open structure
  • Reduces reverberation and noise transmission
  • Available in a range of finish colors
